How do I begin using essential oils?

Purchase the Fab Five sample pack and find a few roll on blends that meet your needs. The sample pack contains 2ml’s of the most popular oils on the market. Refer to the education/user guides for details on what to expect with each oil. The single oils may be diffused into the air for aromatherapy or applied to the skin. The blends all have a specific purpose and the roll on applicator makes it easy to apply topically to the skin

What is the difference between a blend and a single essential oil?

Blend are dilute and singles are pure some needing to be diluted before use.

How many applications will I get from each of the roll on blends?

This will depend on how much and how often the oil is applied. For example, if you have chronic back pain, you might use the After Sport several times a day or maybe you only use it after working out at the gym.

How do I store the essential oils?

Our oils are pure and tested so you want to make sure you get the most out of your purchase. Store the oils away from heat and sunlight. Always keep the bottles tightly capped and away from children and pets. The oils are volatile and therefore leaving them uncapped will cause your oil to evaporate quickly. Essential oils are also flammable so keep them away from heat sources and always leave the orifice reducers or roll on balls secured inside the bottles during storage. This will reduce the chance of spills, accidental ingestion, etc.

How do essential oils work?

Essential oils work by influencing emotions as well as working at the cellular level to elicit a physical response. It has been said that scent or smell is the most powerful and influential of the five senses. Aromatherapy works at the emotional and physical level via the limbic brain as well as through the power of memory. If you diffuse lavender or take a lavender bath before bed for several evenings, eventually the smell of the lavender will remind the body that it is bedtime. There are many studies correlating scent and memory. Aroma identification and scent memory have been well studied and statistically proven. Our bodies naturally utilize their own chemical cues called pheromones, etc.

How much oil do I need to use?

A little goes a long way with essential oils. Age, desired effect, location, and the method of use will determine how much oil to use.
